Please find below official invitation from the General Convener of the coordination committee requesting to attend the reception programme to the honorable minister Mr. K.C.Joseph and Norka team on 16/12/2011 Friday @ 06.00 pm at Carlton Hotel, Al Khobar. Request everybody to report on time as the minister has to leave Dammam by 08.00 pm.
