PSM demo server updated and refreshed with new sample data.

Hi, everyone.  The demo server at https://demo.psm.solutionguidance.com/cms/login was just refreshed -- both the code and the data.  That means any test enrollments, test users, etc that you may have created are probably gone now (hey, it's a demo server), replaced by a new set of starting sample data.

It's now running the latest stable code as of today, specifically commit 35429a958 for those keeping score at home.  You'll notice many bug fixes and user interface improvements.  We'll post a higher-level progress report here later, but I wanted to mention the demo server update in case anyone wondered where some old familiar enrollments went.

We also have a screenshots page now, http://projectpsm.org/screenshots/, so you can show people what the PSM looks like without asking them to log into a server.

Thanks to the whole PSM team as always, and in particular thanks to Jason Owen for doing today's demo server update and to Paul Morris for putting together the screenshots collection.
