Working on user documentation, came across some areas where I have observations and questions. You probably know of these already but I want to be clear about them as I move forward.
PROVIDER
This is the My Profile page for provider, different from admin and system user view. Examples captured in Agent and Admin section.

This is the message I get when I click on Edit Profile. Should the provider profile be populated in the field where it says “No Profiles Found”?
Trying to modify provider using the keyword function. This is the message I get when I enter my name and click on the magnifying glass.
This is what I get when I click on advanced search. BTW COS link not functional, what does COS mean?
This is what I get when I click on the Edit action on the screen above. I think this demonstrates that someone can modify their enrollment if it is not in the denied/approved status rather than submitted status (this is the opposite of documentation.) Each tab can be modified before hitting the Re-Submit Enrollment button.
AGENT
This is what I see when I click on the My Profile tab, different from provider.

There is no password update option like in the provider.

ADMIN
Where does the Enrollment Number come from? Get error message when NPI is entered. Looks like I see in this screen shot that a number is assigned to enrollment file by the system?

On the Functions Tab in admin, the text overlaps.

Also, the Functions tab is missing from the My Profile tab compared to those on the Dashboard, Enrollments, and Functions tabs:
