Some more observations and questions, I think this will be my last batch for a while:

 

System Administrator

  • Can create password for self and others while Creating New User Account, but I didn’t find a place to change password for self or others once established.
  • There is no “My Profile” for the System Admin.

 

The System Admin can change the passwords of others under User Accounts -> Edit.  They don't have a "My Profile," but they can edit their own information by going to the "System Administrator" tab under "User Accounts" and choosing "Edit" for their own account.  There, they can update their own password and change other information about their own account. <JC> thanks for the bread crumb trail, found it!

It would be more consistent to give them a "My Profile" tab, though! <JC> Agree
 

 

Service Administrator

Enrollments Tab: New Enrollment/Renewal capability – are you planning to have a process where if the Service Admin creates an enrollment, there will be some way for the provider to complete the Provider Disclosure, Provider Statement, and confirm Agreement? I think we talked about adding this capability as States may continue to accept paper applications to be entered by Service Admin once PSM goes live.

 

We don't have an explicit issue for this yet.  We do have some related issues: https://github.com/OpenTechStrategies/psm/issues/305 and https://github.com/OpenTechStrategies/psm/issues/301.

 

 

Functions tab

  • This is the page that displays when I click View on the home page. Can we change header to say “View Provider Type Details?”

 

Yes, we have an open issue about this problem (or a closely related one):  https://github.com/OpenTechStrategies/psm/issues/169.  I can comment there adding this example.

 

 

  • Help Topics
    • When help topic is saved the Edit/Delete function appears  at first but when you go back to the Help Topics alphabetical list and click on the topic, the option to edit or delete doesn’t appear.
    • Got booted out of PSM when I clicked on Edit button, the Delete button works
    • Key word Search does not display Help Topics

 

Thanks for these!  I will add a relevant issue to the issue tracker.  Can you give me more details about what happened when you clicked on the Edit button?  I couldn't reproduce being kicked out of the application.  I was able to edit the help topic.

<JC> Created Help Topic Test2 -> Save -> have option to Edit or Delete. Delete works as it should. Select Edit -> get back to Edit screen but when I hit Save again, I get sent to the screen below.

 

 

 

Add Agreement and Add Agreement Addendum

  • When Add Agreement Addendum button is clicked, this page appears. For user navigation, can we change title to say “Add Agreement Addendum Document?”

 

Yes.  I think we should change the two buttons to more clearly differentiate between Agreements and Addendums.  Instead of "Add Agreement Addendum," the second button should just say "Add Addendum."  Then the title should say "Add Addendum Document."  Thanks for catching this!
