Subject: Re: Agreement Statement Question
Hi Judy,
Yes! Some provider types have additional agreements. These agreements can be added by service admins (state reviewers) under Functions -> Agreements and Addendums. They are then added to a specific provider type under Functions -> Provider Types -> Edit. It looks like we added one of our sample agreements to the "Acupuncturist" provider type as a test, and it shows up on the provider statement page.
Do you mind if I forward this on to the public mailing list?
Thanks,
Cecilia

Hi Cecilia,
Saw this difference while working on user documentation:
- When Accupunturist is selected, the agreement statement appears at the bottom of the page.
- When Nurse Practioner is selected, the agreement statement does not appear.
Do you know why this happens? Want to be able to explain the difference, if there is supposed to be one.
Thanks for your help!
Respectfully,
Judy Cunard
