1. What did I work on yesterday?

• Tested UART logging system by connecting an ftdi and observing the boot logs after setting "LOG_COMPILE_TIME_LEVEL=2" in the compile definitions. 
• Set up an ESP-IDF test project for the ESP32C3, wrote a simple SPI communication check that lights up onboard LED upon getting data.
• Wrote a sample pico firmware that sends simple data over SPI for testing.
• Verified SPI communication between pico and esp32 on my protoboard.

2. What do I plan to do today?

• Continue further with ESP32 integration.

3. What is blocking me from making progress?

• Nothing at the moment.
