VMI PSL - Visualization option

Hi,

we stumbled upon the PSL data visualization tool of yours here: https://linqs.github.io/psl-vmi/

The tool asks for .gz file which should be generated with the -viz option in PSL. I tried it with the CLI but it doesn't work. There also doesn't seem to be any reference for that option in the PSL source code.

Any advice would be really helpful!

Hey Sammy,

Looks like the code for the backend portion of psl-vmi (the -viz option in the CLI) has been stuck waiting for changes from the author for a while:

So for now you should try using the authors' fork of PSL (the psl_viz branch):

https://github.com/AaronRodden/psl

I added some text to the linqs/vmi-psl README mentioning this fork.
