First seen station...time frame

Question:

When I receive the same station at 10.00 and 10.30 for example

When I chose 2 hours time frame will I then see the first report or the second ?

If I chose 1 hour time frame I would expect to see second report

If that is correct understood then I am not sure that's what really happend.

Otherwise how is the time reporting/show by time filtering work ?
