The site locked beacause protocol problem

I`m newcomer to FT8 being active only few weeks. Maybe some body would tell what  to do to resume  my access to  https://www.pskreporter.info/pskmap.html?
The site https://www.pskreporter.info/pskmap.html locked last 2 weeks  because "This site can not ensure a secure connection On the website www.pskreporter.info uses an unsupported Protocol.ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH The client and server support different versions of the SSL Protocol or cipher Suite. Most likely, the server uses an RC4 cipher, which is considered unsafe"

Local provider tells me to contact the site admin.

I suggest that you try a different web browser. 

For me it works in Google Chrome, Chromium, Firefox and Opera, they are all free.

If you are running a firewall or antivirus with firewall make sure that PSKReporter is allowed to fully access the internet.

Hi Dave!

I have already tried  Opera, it shows  the same message.

The main browser is Google Chrome.

My local firewall has no effect as I turned the it off  to check if the  PSKReporter is locked by firewall.

I am sorry that did not help.

Just a thought, have you checked that the time and date are correct on your computer? as this can affect how it handles the SSL certificates.

As you are running digital modes they probably are accurate but worth a check. 

If not it is worth loading an application to regularly update your computers clock from an accurate time site rather than doing it manually.

Hi Dave,

WSJT 1.91 does work perfectly. I had already installed on my computer some application for  time correction / 1 min period.

Everything looks very good as last month  but the access to website  pskreporter.info  blocked.

The only other thing I can think of is to clear the browsers cache.

In Google Chrome its settings - Advanced - Clear Browsing Data, then close and restart the browser.

Yes, It is Windows XP problem +Chrom browser

Now I have Firefox browser installed and  the problem is gone away
