Many map tiles are dark

I've been getting this for the past two days. I cleared my cache and cookies, and tried a different browser.

Is this a web server problem or an OpenMapTiles problem?

Yes. I'm struggling to fix this -- I think it is due to an external URL no longer working (that I wasn't even aware that I was using). I think that I'm going to have to rebuild the tile server environment from scratch as I can no longer rebuild/patch it. Argh!

This may take some time. Sorry.
