pskreporter.info/pskmap offline?

Cloudflare reports that https://pskreporter.info/pskmap.html is currently offline.  I've tried from multiple computers, and multiple ISP's, so I'm pretty confident it's not a problem that is localized to me.

Here, I can bring up the background map, but when I select data to display and press "GO", nothing happens.

I think it may be time for some fund-raising to enable Philip to upgrade the computer in question without financial pain.
