8 meter spots are in error

I discoverd why I seem to be having trouble.  WSJT-X is set not to monitor on startup.  BUT if you switch bands there is no delay and it starts monitoring immediately.

I was stupid again today so anything reported for 8m is in error.  I'll  make every effort to be super careful from now on and probably just quit monitoring the experimental bands altogether.
