Hello,
when filtering by "country of callsign" instead of "the callsign", I get "Monitoring European Russia" while I am in Asiatic Russia. I've compiled a list of about 20 callsigns in UA8/9 call area incorrectly mapped.
I have no way to tell pskreporter what DXCC country I am in.
I can only suggest Amateur Radio Country Files or Russian callsigns with single digits 8 & 9 - European Russia or Asiatic Russia?.

Hmm. I use the data from
http://www.country-files.com/cty/cty.csv
and update it weekly.
Do you have some examples of incorrect callsigns?

Mike knows exactly what country he is in. He is in the Russian Federation. There is no border between European Russia and Asiatic Russia because these entities were invented by the ARRL. It's about time that the Russian Federal Districts were treated in the same way as the components of the United Kingdom and the ex countries of the Soviet Union.

After some more investigation,
Looks like there is something that plays
an even bigger role than cty.csv.
Country files normally don't deal with suffixes,
ie. UA0A, UA0AA, UA0AAA and UA0AAAA are all in the
same entity according to cty file.
In pskreporter, it's different.
UA0A AsRus
UA0AA EuRus
UA0AAA AsRus
UA0AAAA Undefined
Another example:
RA9V EuRus
RA9VA AsRus
RA9VAA Undefined
Not only all 4-letter suffixes are undefined country
(these are used in UA,UA9,VK maybe somewhere else),
but some 2- and 3-letter suffixes are also undefined,
like RO9CC, RO9AA, RZ9OOO.
I'm talking about regular calls, the above examples
are all valid calls according to russian telecom
authorities, some of them are to be issued.
