Map keeps zooming in on Africa

Beginning today, UTC date Feb. 28, every time I click Go to refresh the map it zooms in on Africa instead of maintaining my zoom level. I've tried it in three different browsers, Firefox, Pale Moon and Microsoft Edge (for Linux.) Firefox and Pale Moon are Mozilla-based, Edge is Chrome-based. Deleting my cookies and clearing my cache has no effect, it still zooms in whenever I click Go. Has something changed recently on the back end?

Correction: it's not zooming on Africa per se, that's just where I happened to center the zoomed out map. It zooms in on wherever the center of the map is so I can no longer view my global spot reports without re-zooming out every time I click Go. My display options don't affect the issue as I had nothing set when I loaded the page in Pale Moon and Edge, but in Firefox I do have no auto pan/zoom selected.

As DV7GDL reports, I'm experiencing same situation.  I am running Chrome (latest GA) on a Win 10 machine.  I notice that after I readjust the map sizing, it will hold until the next Auto refresh (5 min).  If I readjust, the same cycle will repeat but if I leave it alone, the map becomes smaller and smaller, centering on the African continent.  Just began noticing this yesterday (2/27).

I'm having the same problem... even when turning off auto pan/zoom in the settings.  Hopefully they get it fixed.

Can you please send me exactly what set of options you have set -- i.e. a screenshot with the display options dialog open would be great. Include the normal selections from the top of the page as well. I tried to reproduce things, but no zooming took place over 40 minutes for me.

I usually zoom out until the grid just disappears.

 

The three attachments show how my normal screen is set up (usually ¼ of my monitor real estate), followed by the display options window open.  The third attachment shows what happens after a manual or automatic refresh.  It seems to zoom in on the center of the map.  I thought it was doing the normal zoom that just shows the stations that heard me, but that isn’t the case.  The zoom is the same regardless of what stations are displaying reports on the map.

 

Any help appreciated!!

Attached are my map display options, but be advised that when I tested using Microsoft Edge Stable the display options were unchanged from whatever the default values are and the map still zoomed in upon chicking Go or when it auto-refreshed.

I note that this only seems to happen (for me) when there are stations displaying reception reports.  If I have a map with markers displayed and no reception reports, there is no zoom problem on refresh.
