needing help yesterday morning 13th July. I called CQ on 4 meters. There was little activity we could prove a link to Noctilucous clouds if anybody had a sighting in Stuttgard area any info very welcome it was easy to locate the centre of the E's to around Suttgart. If anybody saw something in the sky in that area we could prove a ling to Nocti so it was easy to calculate that the point of the E's was in fact around Stuttgart. as there was such little activity thanks to Philip system it was easy to see. It is possible that if I could find anyone in the area who saw something sta
