BBPROCES - SQLSTATE 40001

Good morning, all.
I am inserting orders as jobs in PSI via a custom stored procedure and have encountered a couple of SQLSTATE 40001 issues when the stored procedure gets to BBPROCES. This is PSI’s “Stock & Press” tab in a job.
SQLSTATE 40001 is an error related to serialization (ex: can’t have two jobs with the same job number). To my understanding, there is nothing to serialize in the Stock & Press tab. The estimate on the right of this screenshot is the estimate from which the job was created (what the job should look like).
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this error when inserting into BBPROCES?
