Possibly look for a process in part two with a zero value for the quantity.
Thank you,

Good morning Jeff;
I have had this happen and it is a bear to troubleshoot. Some thoughts:
I know this is tedious, but it is the only way I was able to troubleshoot it (several times)
In one case, the error was caused by a “funny number” in one of the fields I have put a red box around:

I think it was “Trim To:” with a size that had too many decimals.
Hope this helps – GOOD LUCK!!!

Jeff,
If you do a preview of the job to the screen can you tell what page it stops at? Then look at the processes that are being used on that part in that area of the job.

Randall,
I did try your recommended method at first that was found in Yahoo Groups email :)
Removing sub report solved it and printed JT. So I went back to the original Crystal report file and started to remove the fields. It still wouldn't print. ONLY way was to remove the whole sub-report. Which I thought it was very odd
Thank you,

- If you have Crystal Reports:
a. make a copy of your working Job Ticket
b. Open the Job Ticket in Crystal and delete the sub-report in one section
c. Try the Job Ticket
d. Restore the original Job Ticket
e. Delete another sub-report until you figure out which sub-report is bombing
f. Each sub-report uses one SQL Stored Procedure, you could try to run the procedure in SQL and see if you can determine where the error is
g. OR, once you know the sub-report, remove one field at a time and try the Job Ticket.

You would need to go through the job starting with part 1 then through each tab (part tab, stock & press, prepress, finishing, etc.) making sure you have valid process numbers and also the process quantity would need to be valid. Your estimator should be able to go through and see if everything looks as it should be. Every once in a while I have an estimator that would but in a zero process quantity for a process and multiplying by zero does not work.

Hi Jeff;
I found that I had to remove one (or two) fields from the sub-report that was bad until I identified the corrupt field. It is time consuming, but it was the only solution. I’ve done it for several clients when this happens (probably 8-10 times).

SQL trace would help identify the SQL Stored Procedure, but you already know the Stored Procedure if you’ve identified the Crystal Reports sub-report (one Stored Procedure for each sub-report).
The error is in a field within the Stored Procedure. As I noted, I found the issue with a field (I think size) that had several decimal figures (i.e. like 4.589431).
It is a pain to trace, but it is an issue with some data.
