Re: Sql server Missing but PSI still working?

HI all

 

Not sure how many are left on this Group but I have an issue I am hoping to get some help on.

 

We had few power blips do to strong winds today and the battery backup on my Network,  Not the server Failed.  One of my coworkers was in the Invoicing module when it happened locking up the module.  So now I get “You cannot print invoices at this time. JOHN is currently printing invoices at workstation”

 

I had some notes from before when this happens.  Reboot the client workstation and then if that doesn’t work go into SQL Enterprise Manager  and open up the Databases Folder, locate PSI_SYS  (See attached email.)

 

However, when I go into and try and find the database I don’t see my databases.  And the SQL data base it is trying to log into is not right and not connected.

 

So I know it has been a while since I have messed with the SQL so maybe I am not in the correct area but I am not an expert here. 

 

Everything is working other than the locked Invoicing module.    I have rebooted the Server but still see and get the same message.

 

Any idea’s?
