When printing reports you can suppress the parameters in PSI. I have to change the settings on the packing list. Can you give me the direction on which key or key combinations to have the parameters show?

Thank you,

Randy,

This one is a little deeper it seems. I want to change the packing list and need to get to the parameters or reset them somehow. I tried the shift button option and it does not seem to work.

Thank you,

If I recall, the process of Shipping automatically “launches” the Packing List – doesn’t ask for a Job # or Pack List #.  In my experience, you can’t change the way this works (i.e. ADD a parameter).  Best I’ve been able to do is create a Crystal Report and add it to the menu – run it outside of the “Shipping process”.

Been a while, but this is the best of my recollection.
