Current working requirements.txt heroku/psiturk?

Hi all,

My psiturk/heroku setup used to work since recently, but now the project (after successfully building in the command line) gives an application error on heroku. 

Has anyone run into a similar issue lately? The setup used to work last August.

Does anyone have an up-to-date requirements.txt that works?
