Can't push any new Experiments to Heroku?

Hi all,

I get this message when pushing new experiments to Heroku:

" ! [remote rejected] master -> master (pre-receive hook declined)

error: failed to push some refs to ..."

This happens to me as well as a colleague who tried this on a different machine. We're paying for Heroku, and experiments that are already up and running are not affected.

Does anyone have a similar issue?

My python version is 3.9.12. and my psiturk version is 3.3.0

update: I updated my python version to 3.11.2 and my psiturk to 3.3.1 and the error persists

Question: Has the requirements.txt changed? When using the psiturk example default 2 line requirements.txt file, I don't get that bug but the experiment page just never loads. When using the full requirements (attached), it's not possible to push to heroku (error at 'git push heroku master')
