failed to connect (258,0) error

psiphon 2 was working fine for 9 to 10 months , yesterday i try to connect and since then it is giving me this error

Failed to connect (258, 0)
ssh+ disconnected

Kindly help me with this issue

I have same problem after installing new windows!
Psiphon after connection and before show the green arrow, reply this error and stop connection:
"Failed to start the HTTP proxy (258, 0)"     :(
any body knows what is the problem?
