Psiphon3 for windows can't connect

Hi everyone, I need an help.

After some updates of Windows 10, Psiphon3 isn't able to connect. This happens on two pc, on the third one (updated from windows 7 pro, but now Windows 10 like the others) works perfectly.

I get an error in the log, please see the image. I think there's one or more services not running, i.e. "peer networking identity manager" that i cannot make running.

Is there a list of services needed by Psiphon to run?

Well, a staff member replied me in my private email, the service needed is "WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service". But i was unable to make this service running, all choices was greyed. After this was not easy to fix it, i had to have control of the service in the registry, change type of start (type 2, auto) and then start the service. This in one computer, the other one was probably heavily compromised (the one i need keep working, obviously) and i've reinstalled the O.S. Once again, "thank you microsoft" for locking some features without telling anything.

Anyway, I think this info is important.
