My Psiphon3 connot connect any server anymore!HELP!

My psiphon3 can not connect any server(including SSH+ VPN SSH), please send me a new one which can running in WIN7 X64 system,thanks.:)

It always tell me :HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONNECT 0 OF 18 KNOWN SERVERS.STILL TRYING...

I am having the same problem from China.

I am running version 64 and it doesn't connect from (SSH+, VPN, SSH).  On VPN it says HTTP request error (5, 12002)

I have downloaded it twice from the website and have had it emailed to me from the get@psiphon3 email but still cannot connect.  Any suggestions?

THE SOLUTIONBecause the error may be caused by a temporary network failure, the user should attempt the connection again. For proxy configuration problems, the user should go to the Internet Explorer settings and make the necessary corrections.
