May I know how I can use Psiphon3 in Ubuntu 14.04?

Hi. On Linux, you could try using our Python client: https://bitbucket.org/psiphon/psiphon-circumvention-system/src/default/pyclient/

You will find some discussion about using it here: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/psiphon3-developers/cb8CW7Y98nI/fXf6TqEbH0YJ

Alternatively, you could try using our new Go client: https://github.com/Psiphon-Labs/psiphon-tunnel-core
