Psiphon server setup questions

Hello, I am trying to setup a psiphon server and I would like some clarification on certain things.

"UNFRONTED-MEEK-OSSH", "UNFRONTED-MEEK-HTTPS-OSSH", "FRONTED-MEEK-OSSH", "FRONTED-MEEK-HTTP-OSSH"

I am of a notion that all meek servers require domain fronting. Is this true?

if that is true, does that mean that "UNFRONTED-MEEK-OSSH" and "UNFRONTED-MEEK-HTTPS-OSSH does not require domain fronting? Is that a custom psiphon implementation for the meek protocol?

also, is there a constraints on the ports they are run on? for example: the UNFRONTED-MEEK-HTTPS-OSSH must be run on port 443?

and UNFRONTED-MEEK-OSSH is on port 80?
