Unable to ping

Hi ,

 I have created a network using cisco router and am unable to ping from one pc to another . I have attached I am using psimulator2 in ubuntu to create a network. 

I have added the default route on PC ,but am unable to enable ip forwarding and create static routes on routers.The diagram and am hoping you can help me out and show me where i did a mistake .
