By contacting the support they says that they are aware of it and they
are working on it.
Few month later, still no working version, so I contacted the support
asking for a refund for their non working product.
And in reply, I got the following answer from Jacek Szymanowski -

I'm sorry but this is not possible.
Our licensing policy, which you have accepted during first launch of
the application, says in point 10.2. "The Software is furnished "as
is". The Licensor does not guarantee that features of the Software
will meet the Licensee's requirements, nor that the Software will
operate perpetually and without any errors. The Licensee bears full
responsibility and risk for choosing the Software to achieve the
intended results of the Licensee and for installation, use and results
thereof. The SOFTWARE provided by Psiloc US and/or Third Parties is
periodically updated on the Psiloc server (or a third party server)
and therefore may be out of date or inaccurate. The data is provided
"as is" and should not be relied upon for critical issues." (
