I too reported this problem, it is due to the new V30 Nokia firmware.
Here is the email I received from Psiloc support on the matter:
The problem is with the new Nokia firmware. Psiloc Connect uses
information from scanning to connect to best available connection.
Sometimes you won't notice when the switch is made.
The problem is that when u started eg browser with WLAN and Psiloc
Connect switches to GSM. Then the connection is marked as active but
no application is binded to it unless you refresh page.
When you close the application the connection still is marked active.
It seems that Operating System is using it. Psiloc Connect won't stop
active connections. That may be the part of problem you are
experiencing.
We are working on solving that in next version.
