STRING, GeneMANIA and other inactive sources

Hi, 

I'm relaying an issue reported on the Cytoscape helpdesk regarding our built-in PSICQUIC network import tool. Similar to another post in this group, we noticed that STRING is down. According to the registry page a few sources are down: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/webservices/psicquic/registry/registry?action=STATUS

Regarding STRING, I wonder if the registered api url should be changed to this more direct format?

Regarding GeneMANIA, I'm cc'ing folks from that effort to help suggest fixes.
