MIF254.xsd doesn't seem to exist at http://psidev.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/psidev/psi/mi/rel25/src/MIF254.xsd. Is there any fix or workaround available? I suppose the link went down after sourceforge migration, or maybe it's just related to the problems sourceforge is currently having. Anyone can help or explain? Can someone update the git hub project?

Hi

The problem is with SourceForge which has been down completely this week, and is now slowly recovering.

There is a copy at http://hackathon.dbcls.jp/attachment/wiki/PSICQUIC/MIF254.xsd and the documentation here http://psi-mi-cooperativeinteractions.embl.de/images/gmldoc.html You can may be use this as a workaround until sourceforge is recovered.

Dear Sandra,
thank you very much for your support. I actually tried that file earlier today but I suspect it's not the most updated version. I get an error that says something is not defined in that file.

undefined simple or complex type 'mif:entrySet'

I don't know if you have any other suggestion or maybe you can help me fixing the missing type.
Let's hope sourceforge will be back up and running soon.

Hi Alberto,

You can try to validate your file here? http://www.ebi.ac.uk/intact/validator/start.xhtml

It could be that there is an error in the XML declaration or something...

Thanks Bruno. Unfortunately indexing doesn't even start.
Anyway this is the result of validation:

File Syntax: valid

File Semantics: valid

Cool! This xsd worked just fine, indexing has started!
Thanks a lot to Bruno and Sandra
