Hi All
If you have not yet registered for the PSI meeting, please can you do so.
http://www.psidev.info/psi2014
Whilst it is a free meeting, we do need to know that you are attending
so we have ensured we have included you in the catering numbers.
The main attraction will be hands on modelling of XML3.0 for which we
need both biologists and developers to contribute - additional
attractions include talks by
Carsten Kettner - STRENDA DB - A Model for Data Capturing during
Publication
José M. Villaveces - The Interaction Atlas
and additional discussion on protein complexes, modelling causal
relationships and cooperative interactions.
Whether you intend to come to the meeting or not, please can we ask that
you fill in the XML3.0 questionnaire beforehand (see below)
The questionnaire is available here
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1jIRYtySVEHRxGGvEtyXUFXN59qKPZTQ38DYP6j_Bw6A/viewform
and will be opened until mid April.
This questionnaire has several sections and will form the basis of what
will be discussed this year for PSI-XML 3.0. For each proposal, Marine
has supplied examples and also some context information (see google
document
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1b4lrUI7PH5uU2rcLMGTZtCf3k8bfjAsqlQyGKKuJN7U).
If you have any issues accessing this document, don't hesitate to

Many thanks
