Dear PSICQUIC community,
I successfully implemented PSICQUIC for our new database. I think I followed all the instructions in the Google Code but I don't see the service listed.
I suspect I am missing something because I didn't find where to add Tags. Is it actually automatic or is it manual? How am I supposed to proceed.

Thanks for your help
Alberto

Dear Alberto,

Glad to know you want to provide a PSICQUIC service for your data!

The PSICQUIC registry is hosted at the EBI. Someone at the EBI can have a look to your PSICQUIC service, do some checks and get it registered. By now this is a manual process. Please, could you provide the "name of your resource", a "URL pointing to information about resource", the "URL of your PSICQUIC service" and a "list of tags"?

Regards,
Rafael

Dear Raphael,
Thank you for your prompt reply. The service I'd like to propose can be found at
http://mentha.uniroma2.it/
it's PSICQUIC url is
http://mentha.uniroma2.it:9090/psicquic/webservices/current/search/query/*?firstResult=0&maxResults=100

Theoretically speaking some of the data in mentha is still from our group MINT so I'm not 100% sure about a couple of tags, I suggest the following, feel free to edit them as you think is best for the community and for us.

protein-protein
internally-curated
imported
spoke expansion
clustered

As you probably know MINT is not hosted in IntAct so, in theory, MINT data is in IntAct so maybe alos MINT is no longer "internally-curated".

Thank you for your help.
I am looking forward to hearing from you

Alberto

mentha has not been tagged as an imex curation database- they use data,
they do not curate themselves and are not IMEx members. The service is
visible in PSICQUIC but not the IMEx webpages.
