PSI-MI XML 3.0 questionnaire

Dear PSICQUIC community,

The PSI-MI meeting is approaching and I have prepared a document that
would summarize the discussions we had about PSI-XML 3.0 at the PSI MI
meeting last year and at the cooperative interaction hackathon last may.

As designing PSI-XML 3.0 is not a simple decision and will impact the full
PSI-MI community, I have prepared a questionnaire that anyone interested
in improving our PSI-MI XML standard can answer. This way everybody has a
chance to give his/her opinion and ideas for PSI-XML 3.0 that will be
taken into account even if you cannot come to the meeting this year. There
are no mandatory questions, you can answer to whatever question you are
interested in and leave the rest blank. Please fill in as many answers as
possible so that our new format can suit everybody's needs.

This questionnaire has several sections and can give you a pretty good
idea of what will be discussed this year for PSI-XML 3.0:

1) Simple feedback to understand who is using the current PSI-XML 2.5
format and what could be the existing issues. The current schema has been
released for a long time now, I am sure you have plenty of comments to do
here!

2) Several proposals to improve existing elements

3) Several proposals to add new elements that would require minor changes
to the existing schema

4) Several proposals about how to represent interactor sets

5) Several proposals about how to represent stable complexes/abstract
interactions

6) Several proposals about how to represent cooperative interactions
(pre-assembly, allostery, etc.)

7) Several proposals about how to represent dynamic interactions and
variable parameters

8) Several proposals about how to represent causal relationships
