Hi,
I am wondering if there is a way to use MIQL to query to see if two protein are in the same complex (where the complexes are represented by the bi-partite model).
I want to see if protein X and protein Y are in the same complex but the complex is represented as X-complex and Y-complex.

When complexes are represented by spoke or matrix models I can just query:
(ida:A and idb:B) or (ida:B and idb:A)
Is there a way to do this when they are in a bipartite model?
Specifically I want to know if X and Y are in the same CORUM complex. I know corum is in the irefindex which represents it in the bi-partite model, is there another source that also contains CORUM but represented in matrix model?

Thanks,
Ruth

Ruth,
as currently implemented, PSICQUIC server(s) are not able to find
combinations of records that match a given query. This is because
SOLR (or, in general, index search engines) trade the ability to
perform search-time joins for speed and the query you're looking for
would involve creating a self-join on the PSICQUIC records.
