Problem clustering results in PSICQUIC

Dear PSICQUIC developers,

We contact you to report a problem with PSICQUIC software.

First of all, thanks a lot for developing this fantastic tool, able to integrate multiple databases.

Searching one protein of interest in our lab, PSICQUIC is able to retrieve data from multiple databases.

Te point is that, after searching, we can not generate a cluster view of the info (clicking on the cluster this query button).

A red icon indicating 'loading' appears in the right upper corner in you webpage, but after a whole week-end this seems a never ending task.

Do you know if this is normal? Internet connection in our research center should not be a limitation.
Could we access PSICQUIC using a different interface?

We would need more details about your query to find out about your problem.

About the different interface, you could use micluster (Java)
http://code.google.com/p/micluster/

If you chose this option I recommend you the latest stable version (1.7.2)

Examples for 1.6 that should work for 1.7 ...

The examples are also available in the source code (micluster-example).

We are also working on a webservice for micluster. Something that should be available at the beginning of 2013.
