Color front, no back is $40 for 1,000. Their shipping for 1,000 was
about $16.

Or, if you're looking for less than 500, you could try PSPrint:

This is a link to their short-run economy postcards. They can print as
little as 100 for $20. The shipping on this will be another $9 though.

I've gotten acceptable results from both companies.
