I'm putting together the documentation (artist's statement, press
release, etc.) for my upcoming show, and am struggling a little with
the pricing (as I'm sure we all do).

If you have a minute to look over the prices and care to offer your
opinion, I'd love to hear from you!

You can view the mini-site here: http://www.wayno.com/squaresville/

Some factors I'm considering:

* I have about $25 invested in each piece for scanning, the
gessoboard and (cheap) frames
* I haven't factored in the cost of paint, but it's fairly small
* The gallery owner is not charging me a commission, so I'll get
to keep 100% of the sale price
* I want to sell everything!

Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Hey Wayno
I'm a little late with this, but for what it's worth, I've heard that
a 300.00 cap is the norm for the market you're after---taking into
consideration the size of the pieces and this being Pittsburgh.
(There's a guy at the card company that is making quite a name for
himself nationally with his art that has similar appeal and we talked
about his pricing methods a while back).
By the way, great pieces and post card.
