Are the changes about the time online going to happen now or in the nextt
cycle? The las time you guys decreased the per hour charge it didn't happen un
the next billing period.

Yes the new change in billing will not take affect until
your next billing cycle begins.
Therefore if your billing cycle starts on the 28th of the month.
The new pricing plan will not take affect for you until Aug. 28th.

PSI's Official Announcement did not indicate anything other than the new
pricing begins on Aug 1. (A copy provided below). I have assumed, and
am proceding as if I will have 29 hours of Prime Time in Aug and
unlimited hours of not-(ready for)-prime time for $29. Anything else
would constitute fraud on PSI's part.

Effective August 1, 1995, PSINet is pleased to announce new pricing for
InterRamp users. Current InterRamp users enrolled in the $29/29 hours
program
will receive over 400 FREE hours each month.
* Users of $29/29 hours program will receive 29 Prime Time hours. Prime
Time
is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., local time at the point
where you
connect to the PSINet network.
* InterRamp users of the $29/29 hours program will have ** unlimited **
InterRamp access during Non-Prime Time hours. Non-Prime is 11 p.m.
through 8
a.m. Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday ALL DAY.
* Users enrolled in the $9/9 hours InterRamp program can easily switch
to
this $29/29 hour plan by going to the "Support" section of the InterRamp
Users
Home Page: http://www.interramp.com and changing plans on the Web.
* Pricing for $9/9 hours program and a $1.50 an hour for each additional
hour
of usage will remain the same. This usage program is still the most
competitive on the Internet.
* Pricing is good through December 31, 1995.

In response to customer demand regarding the newly
introduced
Primetime/Non-Primetime Pricing for our $29/month
customers,
we have instituted the benefits of the new pricing plan
almost
a full month early.
Under this revision of our new Primetime/Non-Primetime
Pricing
plan, if you are on the $29/month plan and if your
anniversary
date falls between today, August 9 and August 31, your
August
bill will reflect the new pricing for usage incurred after
August 1.
According to the initially announced pricing plan, the new
pricing
would not have been reflected until your September bill
for
usage between your August and September anniversary dates.
We apologize for any confusion that our initial
announcement
created.
