Pre-Loaded Word Tracks

Hello,

I was hoping someone here might be able to direct me to a person who can help us add a system to use/add/remove pre-loaded word tracks to the PSI chat tools we use. So when we are chatting on the PSI chat we can easily access common responses that we use and with a single click add that phrase to the chat box and hit enter to push it to the conversation...Any help is greatly appreciated. I do have some screen shots of what this looks like, as another company has already made this modification on the system.

Thank you. I scanned the console, options, account set up but do not see the icons you show in your pix on the psi+ that I down loaded. Would you be able to send a fuller view so I can locate it? I appreciate your help. Bill

My apologies. I did find it. It appears to me you must be in a chat to see that option? Is there a way to load responses when you are not in a chat? Thanks!
