Alterar a linguagem do PSI para Portugues (BR)

Como eu faço para alterar a linguagem do PSI, poderiam me auxiliar por gentileza?

2 ways:

1) Main menu -> change profile

2) options dialog -> application -> language

If your language is not there then probably Psi was installed w/o it for some reason.
