otr plugin for psi-im? for windows 7? please help me

can someone help find or upload the otr plugin for psi-im? for windows 7? 

also please tell me how to use it because i don't know how to do it. also it'd probably help everyone else looking up the same thing and finding this as the content results.

i looked up "psi-otr-0.4.tar.gz" but it lead to some gnu linux thing and i didn't know how to use it with windows. 

i looked up "psi-patched-0.12.tar.gz" but couldn't find anything. 

i wanted to use a decent instant messenger since a lot are crap and thought psi-im was good because it was cross-platform and relatively easy. 

i may have to stop using psi-im and switch to something else because everyone i try to contact on there all say "do you have otr?" "get otr" and it's like they refuse to talk to me or get really upset if i don't use otr. 

i don't want to use psi-plus because a lot of it is in russian without an easy or obvious download link on the front page in english. i can find it. but i can't expect it to become "viral" or popular and thus make jabber xmpp popular if clueless normal people can't easily use it. 

so i don't know what i'm going to do if i can't get psi-im to work with otr. so i guess continue to use psi-im without otr as long as i can, or begrudgingly switch to another client over something as trivial as no otr support. due to not being able to talk to anyone. since they all demand otr support. 

tl;dr can someone help find or upload the otr plugin for psi-im? for windows 7?

Psi doesn't support plugins. You should use psi-plus.
