Authentication error

Hi there,

I can see the error message as below

"There was an error communicating with the server. Details: Authentication error: Not authorized"

But i am not sure how i can amend it because there is no problem to access other page(Intranet, Ted, Insights...)

Please kindly let me know how I can fix it.

I got the same problem connecting to my disroot.org account, but I'm sure it's alright.

I always got the same authentication error message.

We have a PPA for openSUSE now:
https://software.opensuse.org/package/psi-plus

You may try to test latest version from it.
I am not sure that it will help.
But it is better than nothing.

SP6INA, could you post xml logs here for successful login from other clients and from Psi to compare? Just remove/replace auth data sent from Psi to the server, but make sure the data is the same for both clients.

On PSI+ i try everything, plain text in passwd and encrypt. I have always
message to try plain but if i try plain everytime, its this same message but
without "plain" text

Gajim work normal without problem.

SP6INA,

The log shows successful plain text authentication. I also installed local xmpp server with just plain text auth allowed and it also succeed. So I believe the error is in fact unrelated to the authentication.

Can you show the remaining part of the log till the moment where server reports some errors or Psi reconnects?

It's no other info on terminal in psi. Only this and after that i have error with authentication. This is only with disroot xmmp server, witch jix.pl and 101010.pl everything work exelent. So this is little starnge

Unfortunately I can't register there to test. Last time I tried they rejected my registration.

So I think the only way it to report to their support and let them figure out what's wrong with their server.
