Can we use probe to Monitor the java memory..?

that is... to use probe fo wright the memory status into a log file

That log file needs to be read by a monitoring agent for a specific string that indiocates a memory issue

We regularly expierence a java memory issue and want to trigger that issue by moitoring this with HPOM.
HPOM had no tool to do this by itself so we need to 'tell " HPOM where to find this memory information.
