What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Extra Large font on Windows 8. Control Panel\Appearance and
Personalization\Display->Change size of all items -> Extra Large 200%.
2. Set long account name, like "ACCOUNT123456789".

What is the expected output? In rooster Account name looks
like "ACCOUNT123456789 (0/0)"

What do you see instead? ACCO(0/0)UNT123456789

What version of the Psi+/OS are you using?
Psi+ v0.16.380 (2014-09-10)

Additional information:
OS: Windows 8.1 x64 Enterprise up-to-date.
