since the config.xml does not support the <templates> anymore I wanted
to ask if there is any other way to set the status message colour? I
believe it is a pity that the <templates> was completely removed as one
might just ignore the <item> tags (and the regexps) and still keep and
use the <default> tag specyfing the formatting. I believe it would not
be too much overhead, would it?
Cheers,

Not at the moment, but the roster-nr patch author was working on
making the colors much more configurable in psi lately. I don't know
if he did put such a possibility in the patch but I'm sure it can be
done without any problem. Also there will be a possibility to change
those red and blue colors of the self and other contacts nick in the
chat dialog. You'll have to wait patiently for the next psi-pedrito or
psi-gento probably (the patch author makes psi-gentoo).

I don't think it would be, but on the other hand... You already have
the possibility to change the fonts, turn the resource showing on or
off, the same with a status message, so... I don't really think
there's a need for the <template>, but that wouldn't be bad either. I
think that's a question to troll (roster-nr author), what do You think
about this?
