Unable to communicate with other PSI server

Hello Team,

While I am trying to connect Bangloer location PSI server it is
connecting and able to chat.
But while creating Group chat we are able to create and but while
sending request to join we are not able to send Bangloer location
guys.
IT shows nothing while we send.
