Just let them also know not to expect calls immediately. It will take close to a month to shortlist..i get a lot of mails a day and it is difficult to respond to each mails though I mail back stating that I have received but cannot give any update on the interview time.. we will shortlist and call people whom we would fit the bill. I have started receiving calls on the job profile and their background and expectations on salary etc… Just make them aware of this situation… we will inform whom we shortlist.
