Sr Executive – Training & Development

Location : Bangalore

Education and experience : MBA in HR with 2-4 yrs of experience. Experience of at least 1 year working with the Training & Development department is mandatory.

Job Responsibilties:

- Identify training needs

- Provide support in designing training material

- Manage training operations and logistics independently

- Maintain and manage training MIS independently

- Facilitate behavioral skills training programs

- Liaise with training vendors for external training programs

Expected Competencies/Traits :

Mandatory:

- Strong knowledge of the Training & Development life cycle

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong problem solving & analytical skills

Desirable:

- Demonstrated ability in facilitating training programs

- Background/Experience in applied Psychology/Psychometrics

- Networking skills
