Campaign Manager Role:

 

Campaign Manager (CM) Role:

 

This position involves supporting advertisers, trading desks, agencies and networks that use DBM to manage/run high revenue campaigns. The campaign manager will be required to support the global Digital Media Manager teams, and coordinate, analyze and manage campaign management activity. In addition, the CM will be the main point of contact for account managers by coordinating ad review, trafficking, support and reporting needs with the various other groups involved to manage client campaigns effectively (to achieve client spend and performance targets).

 

 

● Works with Account Managers as required or independently if needed to develop appropriate campaign strategies to support the pursuit of campaign goals and implements them within DBM (including campaign setup and optimization). ● Adjusts working style to meet the needs of specific Account Managers and clients. ● Correctly interpret media plan and I/O to guide and audit IO/Line Item set up by Trafficking team prior to launching campaigns or after specific adjustments have been made. ● Monitor campaign pacing and analyze campaign performance on a regular (daily/intra day) basis to determine adherence to budget and performance goals. ● Develops data driven analysis and campaign optimization recommendations ● Provides guidance and consultative platform utilization expertise to account managers to drive additional budget allocation from clients by meeting spend expectations, beating campaign goals and identifying additional growth opportunities. ● Barring external factors, monitors and optimizes campaigns effectively to make the performance on par or better Month on Month , improving advertiser ROI.

 

Requirements:

 

● MBA / Masters in Marketing / Media / Advertising / Mass Media and Analytics ( Very strong analytical and communication skills) ● Shows a passion for online advertising and understands concepts related to RTB, CPA, CPC, Post View, Trafficking, Campaign Management, Ad Servers, Publishers etc. ● High degree of MS Excel proficiency (including advanced features such as Functions and Pivot Tables) ● Proven ability to become expert in new technologies in a short time frame. ● Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks. ● Objective and analytical approach to decision making ● Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision ● Fluent in spoken and written English. ● Flexible to work in night shifts.
